All meals & wine, a day's shooting at Sudeley Castle, hands-on classes with Eric Chavot, wine tasting with Martin Saxon, cigar sampling with Simon Chase, accommodation.

This is a truly unique experience and a chance to take part in one of England’s most exclusive pheasant shoots. Arrive to a Champagne reception and massage upon request followed by a delicious game dinner. Spend the following day shooting in the grounds of the historic Sudeley estate, taking lunch in the castle. In the evening enjoy a luxurious dinner cooked by Eric Chavot, foodie pin up and Michelin starred chef, with carefully selected wines and a tasting with house wine list Martin Saxon. The evening closes with a cigar sampling with expert Simon Chase. On the third day with those keen enough, Eric will teach a myriad of recipes, game related and many others with tips and techniques and plenty of know how to cook some fantastic dishes on your return home. In the evening a Michelin starred 5-course dinner with Eric joining guests.  Fine wines selected for each course. Many alternative activities to choose from will be available for those not doing all that noisy shooting or messy cooking.
