Arrive on the Friday to a champagne tasting with canapes and and a sumptuous dinner. On day two, you will be joined by renowned and talented food afficianado's Tom Parker Bowles (Market Kitchen, Mail on Sunday) and Matthew Fort (The Guardian)  who will host your day, exploring the county's finest fresh food producers, from butchers and cheese producers, to Julian Temperley's Cider brandy. You will have the opportunity to sample and bring home a selection of what you taste, with a hands-on cookery class on how to rustle up fantastic suppers. End your day enjoying your food creations with matching wines.

On Sunday you will enjoy a day of cookery including lunch and dinner with the celebrated chef Mark Hix. Mark is passionate about local British food and traditional recipes, he sources ingredients for his restaurants from small passionate producers and smokes his own salmon.

He was brought up by the sea in Dorset and has a love of fishing and foraging. The former chef-director of The Ivy, Le Caprice and J Sheekeys he now has his own restaurant, Hix Oyster & Chop House in London, and Dorset restaurant Hix Oyster & Fish House. His cookery books burst with the joys of British food and he writes regularly for The Independent. Amongst his many awards he recently won Tatlers Restaurateur of the Year 2009.

The evening will be finished off with amazing entertainment from the Sam Sam Bubbleman in the lounge.
